My husband and I purchased our dream house about a year ago and I am turning it from a house to a home room by room (and throw pillow by throw pillow)!

Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Connecticut. After high school I lived in Brooklyn Heights, New York while I attended Laboratory Institute of Merchandising where I studied Fashion Marketing & Merchandising.

Life look a few turns along the way that untimely lead me to now calling South Florida home and I can't wait to see how this book of life continues to unfold.
Why did you start this blog?
I LOVE the energy people give off when they feel confident in their own skin. My hopes for this blog is to help others feel their most confident in their own skin.

I want this to be a place we can all trade secrets and help each other navigate through life!

How did you come up with the name Annaliese Explains it All?
I have done A LOT of trial and error across areas of my life, especially when it comes to makeup and beauty!
This has lead my friends to come to me for advise on all types of categories. I by no means think I have everything figured out but I can explain (especially what NOT to do) from my experiences.
Isn't that what life is all about?! Learning from each other and seeing things from different walks of life? The name Annaliese Explains it All is a look into my perspective and I'd love to learn about yours!

I'm 5'6" & 140 lbs

For sizing references, I have a curvier frame where I hold most of my weight from the hips down.
Are you married?
Yes! My husband Ian and I have been married since November 3, 2016.
He is absolutely the best person I have ever met and feel so lucky every single day to have him as a partner in this wild thing called life.
Do you want kids?
Yes! Ian and I are trying to start our family! Tag along with us as we navigate this emotional roller coaster of Trying to Conceive!
